Keyboard cover and screen protector together macbook air 2018 13 inch retina display

For a macbook air 2018, would a keyboard cover be as bad for the retina display if you had a screen protector with it? Does it make a difference?

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

Do not use cases, covers, or "skins" on a Mac.
