My kids accidentally without knowingly know that is was a paid apps, in one day he download a multiple and duplicate apps which comes out to a cost of $850. As of now I've I've already uninstalled the apps from the phone. I believe this transactions a bit strange for a normal person to buy the same apps many times. If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

I don’t know how the same app can be bought multiple times. That’s not possible. But if you are referring to different ‘in-app’ purchases, then it is a different thing. In any case, use the Report function in the email receipt (or from your iTunes purchase history) and hope to have them refunded.

also, it is a good idea to secure all future purchases with your account password, which you shouldn’t be providing your kid with. There is an option to disable Touch ID for account purchases under Settings, so disable it. This will force you to enter your password manually each time you make a purchase, and Touch ID won’t work for confirming purchases.
