Apple Watch airplane mode not disconnecting...

hey,

I have a series 4 that I’ve now had since Nov-18 - I’ve never used Airplane mode on it but I was playing about earlier and when I turn airplane mode ON it still receives texts from my phone but won’t SEND any from my watch. Can anyone explain what airplane mode actually does on the watch?

Bluetooth is obviously still enabled with AM on as is the GPS.

It’s Series 4 - GPS only model.

With iOS 13, when you turn on Airplane Mode, it turns off all radios except for Bluetooth. If you turn off Bluetooth while you're in Airplane Mode, your device will remember the next time you turn on Airplane Mode.
