Change Apple id

Yesterday I changed my Apple ID due to some phishing activity however the old Apple ID is still showing on both devices and it keeps asking for the old Apple ID password.

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Still the old Apple ID should not be showing up on your devices. Can you provide more information about what is happening with your devices?

Did you change your existing ID to have a different email address or did you create a new Apple ID? Did you also change the password?
