I’m receiving FaceTime calls that my contacts are not placing. This happens when I’m on a phone call or FaceTime call. When I answer or attempt to call the person back they are fake. It has happened 3 times this week

Sounds like your friend(s) iCloud account has been compromised. They need to secure the account.
Unless your contacts have been modified and now contain phone numbers and/or email addresses you don't recognize, I don't see how.
Could it be my account since it’s my contacts that are calling me. It was different contacts.
