Disabled account

I cannot download or update my apps because it says that my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. Can someone help me fix this problem?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

See this link as you'll need contact iTunes Support --> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
