Hi everyone, I would like to ask if, in these times, has anyone had to use the repair shipping service during this time, how was their experience and how long did the whole process take?

I have some problems with my iphone and that is one of the options that they give me to fix it and I would like to see if it’s convenient.

I live in ABQ. I broke my phone on the April 28th (damage to the back of the phone and the touch screen no longer worked, but not cracked). The next day I received the box via FedEx and shipped it out that day (priority overnight). FedEx showed Apple receiving it on the 29th. It is now May 2nd and it shows that it is still being repaired. I had high hopes that there would be a one day turn-around. Not so much. I am hoping I will get it early next week. fingers crossed..
