I had my Apple store paid for iPhone XR within 90 days and iMessage encryption failed leading to security breach so Apple sent me a replacement but it was a used service stock iPhone XR with scratch on screen and different model number ?
how would Apple employees like this type of service ? This service stock is worse than the 1st iPhone as this has so many security flaws but unusable unless you want all ur business info out there for any thief but no one would confess and tell me I was sent a used iPhone XR worse they plan to give me 249 for this junk iPhone after I was told 749 by engineer after I agreed to buy iPhone 11 max pro for 1500 and apple would reimburse the 749 once I mailed this used service stock back to them and I am under limited warranty but the tech highest level said Apple express replacement is a 3rd party ?? Isn’t this incorrect as it is owned by Apple in Cupertino CA where my service stock came from
