so what dues this mean and when i will get my new iPhone ? and is a holiday today so will the 10 day start after today ?

replacement product pending ? yesterday i talk to app they tell me i need a new iPhone and the will replace it have they send it out yet ? because i have not got a ship number so i can track it yet and i will like to know if the 10 day warrant will so work if today is a holiday ? because app say it need the old one in 10 day so i do't have to pay ship but today is a holiday so will the 10 start after today or when it start and when will it be ship too ?
