Really annoying bug

Hello,

There is an application installed on my phone that has added to my calendar and it is saying that my phone is infected. Would you please help me to uninstall this app? I tried deleting my calendar but the app is still appearing even after reinstalling calendar.

iPhone 8, iOS 13
