Users & Groups preferences is removing a user account and saving the Home directory to a disk image

I removed other users in my macbook.

I can't restart or shut down my macbook. Please help me.

Gulp, seems you have no choice but to hold the Power Button down to force it to Shut Down. :(

Hello!

Yep! ” saving the Home directory to a disk image” been like that for like a week already. I can't even restart or shut down my macbook. I can't even force quit the system preferences.
