Regarding AirPods calling issue

I am getting an issue regarding my AirPods. When I call somebody or get calls while using AirPods other person barely listens to my voice. Other than calling it has no issue and works seamlessly but in call it creates some noise. Neither i can listen to the person clearly nor they. What issue can be there? Please let me know if anybody else has got same issue.
