Macbook Air 2019 Keyboard Paint Problem

Hello, friends

Yesterday I noticed that the paint of 2 keys is starting to expand (see attached pictures). The Macbook is only 9 months old and barely used. It was not exposed to sunlight or chemical products.

I sent an e-mail to the nearby Apple Authorized Service, but they refused the repair on the warranty, because it is a cosmetic defect and they would charge me 100 Euros for the repair.

I find it really disappointing. Is there a solution to this problem?
