Can you please help me to delete an app on my iphone so that I can put my credit card details back on my iphone which is an iphone 10

You can use the steps outlined in How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to delete an app from your iPhone. If the app also has a subscription service along with it, you will need to cancel that separately using See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support.
Once you've done that, you can try adding your payment information again with the information in Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support. If you're unsuccessful in adding it, see if the steps in If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support help.
