AirPod Pro XL Tips?

The S/M/L AirPod Pro Tips minimally seal around my ears and fall out will jogging or with other exercise. I've tried all the noted suggestions without improvement. I've read that Apple will be coming out with a solution soon. Any update? I just bought a pair but they slip out too easily. Any options before I return to store?
