Find the Agreement Number for your AppleCare Protection Plan - Apple Support

Go in to settings, and then is AppleCare is still available then there will be a section above the airplane mode button that says "AppleCare coverage available". if there is. nothing like that then contact Apple or look for something online. Good luck!
