Apple Music “You’re offline”

Please help. I keep on seeing this and can’t activate my Apple Music trial as well. But my data is connected and not on airplane mode.

Please help. I can’t connect to my Apple Music even though my mobile data is turned on. I’m my settings I keep on turning mobile data on but it disconnects on its own.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Perhaps your carrier doesn't support cellular data. Perhaps this article will help:
