ERROR ON CBS APP

Hello, does anyone please have a solution for this problem : I have subscribed to the cbs app on my apple tv 4K. But I am not able to watch any content. Any time I want to start a video, this message appear : ( 50003 FairPlay ckc uri scheme does not match designated scheme ).

Does anyone have the solution to this problem please ? It would be great !

My Apple TV app on my TV has stopped working for several days now. When trying to download a movie or series episode it stops after a few seconds and I get an error message. My Apple TV app on my LG smart tv using xfinity provider has stopped downloading selected movies and series episodes. The download starts but stops after a few seconds an an error message is displayed.

NFL app on Apple TV I just tried installing and subscribing on the NFL app on AppleTV and it keeps showing "unexpected error occurred...please try again" Any idea how to install the NFL app? Thank you in advance

Verify the system software (tvOS) and the app are up-to-date.
Try force-closing the affected app and then re-launch.
Try a restart of the Apple TV box.
Try deleting the app and re-installing from the App Store.
Contact CBS Support for assistance with their service.
