ERROR ON CBS APP

Hello, does anyone please have a solution for this problem : I have subscribed to the cbs app on my apple tv 4K. But I am not able to watch any content. Any time I want to start a video, this message appear : ( 50003 FairPlay ckc uri scheme does not match designated scheme ).

Does anyone have the solution to this problem please ? It would be great !

  1. Verify the system software (tvOS) and the app are up-to-date.
  2. Try force-closing the affected app and then re-launch.
  3. Try a restart of the Apple TV box.
  4. Try deleting the app and re-installing from the App Store.
  5. Contact CBS Support for assistance with their service.
