16" MacbookPro Screen Flickering Issue

I have the same problem with the video. Over time, its effect has diminished, but still continues. Is this a software or video card problem? I reset SMC, I reset NVRAM. I reinstalled it but it has not been improved. There is no external monitor, only its screen.

I have a custom-configured macbook pro. (16 inch intel i9 2.4 Ghz + 5500M 8GB GPU)
