Removing Apple Watch Activity Goals

I mistakenly set an activity goal on my watch on the “outdoor walk” workout. It’s now permanently set at 1hr 14 mins. I can change this to different times or calories or distance. But I can’t workout how to remove a workout goal. Please help.

Tap on the 3 dots top right corner.

tap on open.

start an outdoor walk, and when you've finished tap on end.

The watch will remember your last setting and next time you open the workout app outdoor walk will be set to open goal.
