Recover passcode for IPhone 8

Hello, Support team

I forgot a passcode from my iPhone 8 and also don't remember the iTunes(Apple) ID. I have all the necessary documents for my phone. I bought it from Stockholm, Sweden and now use the phone in Armenia.

Please help me to recover my iPhone without losing any data. (saving the data is important)

Is this your Apple ID?

Yes. If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
No. Your iPhone is Activation Locked. You must get the original owner to unlock it or the iPhone will remain useless forever. All your paperwork is irrelevant.

Dear Support team,

This phone use my wife and as we remember the Apple ID was ***** . That ID we use also for IPad. but we are not sure that we use that Aplle ID for our IPhone 8. Can you check that Apple ID is used by our IPhone8 ?

If Yes. Is there any possibilities for recovering the forgotten password without losing any data?
If No. How we can recover our phone?

Please explain our steps to recover the phone with detailed description. We are ready to join you with a video call if it necessary.
