Hi ed2345, Thanks for replying, but what i am looking for is for the year to show while in "Playlist" view, like you could in the former itunes desktop program. I guess they did away with that option when Apple switched to apple Music program?
Hi Mountart, The so-called "Playlist view" has essentially no view options. Either you like it the way it is (personally I dislike it) or you switch to "Songs view" and get the flexibility about what to display.
Hi ed2345, thanks again for getting back to me. I guess I got my answer. You could view the year in playlist view in iTunes. You can't any longer in Apple Music. More addition by subtraction from Apple. Oh well. Thanks again for you replies.
Mountart,
It works in Music the same as iTunes. Use Get Info to make sure the Year is populated. To display it, put your playlist in Songs view, and use View Options to make sure "year" is checked.
