Why can’t people hear me on a call. They say I sound muffled and they hear static

Try removing your case and make a call. If you then sound fine to others then the issue may be the case.

Your iPhone 11 is still under Apple's 1YR Limited Warranty (US). Take advantage of that. Have it examined at the Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center once they open back up.

I am having the same issue. No case. Both my iphone 7 and my husbands. Been on the phone a total od 3 hours now between the carrier and Apple. I am NOT happy. It is time to send new phones to replace them. We have only had them 1 week.
