Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’d like to know how to turn off Visual Voicemail. I’ll be happy to help with this.

If you’ve already set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone, you can reach out to your carrier to have this feature turned off. This is a carrier supported feature and they’ll be the best ones to help with this. You can read more about this here:
