Reset

my phone is frozen it doesn’t turn on. The Apple logo is on.

I would like to know if I can reset my IPhone from a computer that is not Apple.

I have a Dell computer.

Yes, you can use a Dell (Windows) computer with your iPhone. But before you go that far, do a forced restart on your phone, which may get you going again.


Press and hold BOTH the home and power buttons at the SAME time (keep holding past the swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go. Hopefully your phone will reboot and you'll be good to go.
