A. Report this to Apple:

2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Select:
4. Proceed from there as necessary.

B. Use Malwarebytes for Mac:

2. Malwarebytes uninstaller

C. Create a New User:

On, your iMac Pro, create a new Administrator user. If this fixes it, then transfer everything over (i.e. documents and photos). All apps will remain accessible.

D. Clearing Temporary Internet Files:
