DCIM folder not available

I've had my iPhone X for a little over a year and I was thinking I should download all the pics off of it. I don't have it synced with iCloud, I keep all the pics I save stored on the phone. I'm running Windows 10 with the latest update (as of 04/27/20) and running iOS 13.4.1

When I open up my computer and go to my iPhone when it opens I have no available files. MY DCIM file is gone. I thought this was odd so I googled it to see if it was a simple fix and I've so far done... Uninstalling the drivers for the iPhone and reinstalling them. Turned on and off both my iPhone and computer. Reset my location and privacy, and then re-authorized the computer. Took a picture and then opened photos. Having my unlocked iPhone be plugged into the computer. Changing USB ports. Changing cables.

So far I've had no luck. I was wondering if anyone had a fix for this?
