Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. IF that does not help then ensure that you have a strong Mobile signal and that you have a working account with your carrier. Then see if you can follow the instructions in this article by ➔ Apple If can't make or receive calls on your iPhone.
