Many spam and extortion attempts

I am getting many spam emails (Account lockout) and try's to extort money from me. Started last week. I've forwarded these emails to Apple spam email. Not sure what to do.

the last email, minutes ago, referenced my Apple ID, which is my email. I also think my phone number has been used for communication. Both my email (Apple ID) and phone appear on my Apple account.

2 recent emails demanded $2000 or severe consequences will occur.
