I cracked my iPhone 6 really bad and there is a chunk missing in the top right corner and the screen is glitchy and won't respond to touch. I am using my dads old iPhone 6 and I accidentally deleted my old 6 from my Apple ID. Now I lost a couple years worth of pictures videos and stuff like that. is there a way to get it back?

If you used iCloud Photo Library, your photos are still in iCloud.
You can access them via any web browser on any device or computer. Go to iCloud.com website and log in using your Apple ID.
If you weren't syncing to iCloud, do you have a backup you can restore from? Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore. You can't access a backup and only restore certain files.
