Microsoft 365 Unable to complete purchase

Hi, I received confirmation regarding subscription in Microsoft 365 2x yesterday via email. However when I open the Word and Powerpoint application, it says license not found and purchase is unable to complete. I understand the there is a free trial for 1 month after which I will be charged a monthly fee after. I confirmed to this but now I can't seem to use the rest of the microsoft office applications - WORD, EXCEL & powerpoint. Please help
