How can I change my password for Installer on my MAC?

Are you simply needing to type in your user/log-in password?
PC Matic is an antivirus app. You definitely do NOT want to install it. Anti-virus apps are not needed on Macs and cause various problems.
It's probably asking for your user password.
I am trying to install a new program in my MAC and I get to a point where it asks me for the password for"Installer" and I do not know what it is and I can not figure out how to retrieve it.
What program are you trying to install? Some paid programs require a password supplied by the developer before it will run.
