There is no Installer password. But to install software, you need to have an Admin account.
If you are the first or only User, you are the Admin, and your Mac login password is the password it is seeking.

I did use that password and I know it’s correct and it won’t take it and yes I am trying to download software so I don’t know what I’m going to do thanks for the answers though.
And if your are the Admin User and forgot the computer password >>
Intel Computer
1 - Restart computer and immediately hold Command + r keys
2 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal
3 - Copy and Paste resetpassword as one word and no spaces
Press Return key
4 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password
M1 Computer
1 - Choose Apple menu > > Shut Down.
2 - Press and hold the power button on your Mac until you see “Loading startup options.”
3 - Click Options, then click Continue.
4 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal
5 - Copy and Paste resetpassword as one word and no spaces
Press Return key
6 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password
That did not work, I held power button down and MAC started normally so something is different with my MAC. Anynother suggestions?
Thanks
Please, please Read Again the Specific keyboard combinations Required to restart in Recovery Mode. Have included for Both Intel and newest M1 computers. The two methods are different. From your posting it appears you have not performed this correctly.

You need your Mac log in (Admin) password when trying to install something (or other admin stuff).
You need your Apple ID password when trying to download an app from the app store.
You do not need a password to download an app directly from the developer. That is unless they require a registration code for the download (that would be the registration code you get from them allowing you to download and install it after paying for it).
