Input Message in Numbers
I am using the latest version of Numbers, but I was wondering if there is a way for a message to appear when I click on a cell to display a particular message? "input message."

You can insert a comment into the cell. Hovering over or clicking on the cell will open the comment. There are some quirks. Clicking on the cell at the top corner of the cell where the little comment triangle is works best.
