Photo backup
I want to download the photos which are in my icloud backup, but I dont want to erase my recent data
so is there a way to download my backup photos that are very old not recently deleted

If they are in the backup itself, there no way to retrieve them except restoring this backup to a spare device (any iOS device, even iPod touch), then syncing them to the main device via iCloud or export to computer in a regular way.
