On my new iPhone se 2020 I can’t set a live wallpaper is this the only phone or me doing it wrong :)

The latest version of the iOS 14 User Guide does not specify that the iPhone SE 2020 does not support this feature.
Than why does it make Live Photo an option if we can’t use it?

How come all iPhone DONT have Live Photo’s makes no sense y’all can add everything under the book to updates but all y’all phones don’t have this setting 3 out of 12 latest models DONT have it. WHY?
It is so annoying that I can’t do it!!! Why can the iPhone 8 but not the SE?! It’s so annoying!!! That was the whole reason I wanted the iPhone SE and not the 8 in the first place!!!
