new location doesn't t open while dragging a file.

hi guys

recently I found out that when i am dragging a file or folder, new location is not openning automatically while I bring the dragging file on its icon and i have to force Click on it to open it,how can I fix it?

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15

Goto System Preferences > Accessibility > Pointer Control > Mouse & Trackpad

and insure that you have enabled
