Activity app

Hi,

My Apple Watch is tracking my activity perfectly however, it isn’t transferring onto my activity app on my phone. I’ve tried turning both devices on and off again and also tried to reset the Apple Watch but neither have worked. Just wondering if anyone has tried and been successful with anything else? Or has another suggestion? Many thanks.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Try this;

Close the Activity app on the iPhone

On your watch: go the Home screen

(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on

the Activity app icon (coloured rings).

Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change

your Move Goal > change the goal.

You can move the goal back once it's working again.
