When I try to download an app on my Mac, it tells me "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. For assistance, contact iTunes support. What do I do to fix this?

According to: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

"When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."


Click on the "contact Apple Support" link.
