FaceTime
My FaceTime works fine with my mini iPad, but I was trying to connect with my Mac desktop without success. Any suggestions of what to check with the Mac desktop? Thanks!

If you've already followed the troubleshooting suggestions in Use FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support and If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support, I suggest contacting Apple Support next:
If you're wanting to delete names from the call history on your iPad, here's how to do so:
Make and receive FaceTime calls on iPad - Apple Support
"Delete a call from your call history
In FaceTime, swipe left over the call in your call history, then tap Delete."

Thanks for getting back to us with the details. Do you know what macOS you're currently running? The reason why I ask is that Group FaceTime on a Mac requires macOS Mojave or later as mentioned here:
Use FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support
Additionally, have you been able to make or receive any other FaceTime calls on the Mac since then?

Thanks for your response. I'm using Catalina 10.15.4. Also, haven't had the opportunity to receive a call, but will be doing so on Monday. Will let you know if it is successful afterwards.
