Called person cannot see my picture but I can see theirs and msg appears to say poor connection. However, it works perfectly on iPhone. I have reset WiFi, re-booted Mac and still samne problem. Can anyone help please - Thanks

You can verify the version number installed by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. Thanks so much karina but Apple support did contact me and we found that my problem was related to Norton Software. I had already advised them that I wannted to cancel my subscription but I hadn't removed the application from the computyer. All solved now so thanks very much :)
