Problem with screws (iphone 7 plus)

I have device with undefined form of screws. Is this some new type of screws in apple devices?

May someone help, me which screwdriver i need to use to take off this metal plates from connections of display?

iPhone 8 Stripped Screw Removal So I seem to have stripped a Phillips screw in my iPhone 8 (shown in the picture) and I want to remove it. I have tried different Phillips size bits with now luck. I’ve seen some screw removers on Amazon but wondering if they were too big. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Screen has vertical white lines I kept my samsung cell phone leaning against my Mac Book Pro while working on the Mac. When I removed the phone white lines have appeared about 1.5 inches thick extreme right top to bottom. What should I do kindly help. Thank you.
