Voicemail is not working

after I changed my phone my voicemail is not working from then I want to start that can you please help

We don’t know what “is not working” means.

Can you not set up voicemail?

Set up Visual Voicemail on your iPhone - Apple Support

Otherwise voicemail is a cellular carrier function. Contact them.
