****Hello friend I have some good news and more good news, I BELIEVE SO, so what’s going on here is that somewhere down the road of the past, possibly payment, or maybe a device lost or stolen then recovered or even lost or stolen device which now that it’s replaced you log into your account on your replacement device to find this little pop up? There are other situational and other reasonings that go a mile long, but let’s get to fixing the problem, that’s why your asking :)***

#1-ok so you can do a couple things one is change Your iTunes and AppStore account user, if you have another one that isn’t disabled or locked and you just want to update something general and not really subscription based or for whatever reason doesn’t really need your specific Apple account then just log out of that one delete the app, and reinstall app with the new or working account, this is good For say YouTube, or generalized not something that would require your disabled account.

#2 ok this is the One where your gonna need to make a call, some waiting time (quick side note Apple customer support your options to choose which type of waiting music I wanted to hear really brightened my day I was not expecting that and I seriously thank whoever thought to add that feature in, I owe you a cup of your most favorite coffee ***Under $100😅 just in case you take me up on that offer I don’t wanna be called a liar for the chance that coffee price tag is more then I’d pay for coffee... unless it’s just that incredible? Sorry question for another time, another time***)

But give customer support a call and they’ll walk you threw what need be done to unlock your account. It’s super easy no biggie I promise!
