I get an error on my iPad stating that I have not enough memory to up load some small videos. i have 58GB free on the ipad and 1700Gb on my icloud storage plan. what is the fix for this? Not feeling inclined to be paying for something I can use. iOS 13.3.1.

Resync with iCloud:
One you iPad, sign out then sign back in to iCloud.
See if that does the trick.

Storage full error messages but ample free space on iPad and in iCloud.
