Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks - April 29 2020

I have a MBP 16" 2019 and it continues to have the below error, seems to have issues going to sleep. My device is connected to a Dell UltraSharp 38 Curved Monitor: U3818DW via USB-C with power. I lock the screen and and in the morning it has a crash problem. Recently my device had to go in for repair because it wouldn't take a charge. The Logic Board and Touch ID board had to be replaced.
