Is there a setting to keep my phone on the line after the caller on the other end hangs up?
I am working from home and they want us to not hang up, but once my customer on the other end disconnects, my phone automatically hangs up after about 20 seconds. I would like to prevent that from happening

No. That is physically impossible. You can't stay "on the line" with a cell phone if one party disconnects the call.
