Issue with iPhone being Disabled

My iPhone 8 plus was disabled due to multiple passcode entries and i tried to resolve this through iTunes login. But now my phone does not even start. Need to know what the issue is?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
