Sharing files across iCloud Storage family sharing

Our family wants to see/share files with one another. One file system for the family in iCloud storage (which is already shared with Family Sharing). Is this possible?

It isn't part of Family Sharing but files/folders can be shared. See: Share folders with iCloud Drive - Apple Support
