Phone exchange due to defect of speaker on 90 days warranty

I purchased my iPhone 8+ back January 31 and Siberia it was refurbished I have 90 days warranty. Dur to COVID 19 situation I can’t get to any store to exchange pls contact me ASAP to give me instructions what I shall do. I tried several times to contact you customer supports but wasn’t successful. Please contact me before my warranty is expire.

Talk to whoever you. bought it from, All devices sold directly by Apple have a one year warranty, including Apple refurbished devices.


If you have a 90 day warranty o a refurbished phone that you bought, then it was not refurbished or sold by Apple. The warranty is not from Apple. Contact whoever your bought it from.
